DRV8432DKD, Контроллер DC двигателяThe DRV8432DKD is a dual full bridge PWM motor driver in 36 pin HSSOP package. This high performance, integrated dual brushed DC or single bipolar stepper motor driver requires two power supplies, one at 12V for GVDD and VDD, another up to 50V for PVDD. The low RDS (on) of H bridge MOSFETs and intelligent gate drive design provides efficiency of up to 97%. This high efficiency enables use of smaller power supplies and heatsinks in energy efficient applications. The DRV8432DKD has an innovative protection system safeguarding the device against wide range of fault conditions that could damage system. The current limiting circuit prevents device shutdown during load transients such as motor start up. A programmable overcurrent detector allows adjustable current limit and protection level to meet different motor requirements.

• PWM operating frequency up to 500KHz
• Operating supply voltage up to 52.5V
• 14A continuous current in parallel mode (24A peak)
• Integrated undervoltage, overtemperature, overload and short circuit protection
• Independent supply and ground pins for each half bridge
• Intelligent gate drive and cross conduction prevention
• No external snubber or schottky diode is required
• Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
